The centre links health and social care for people with serious mental illness. We offer outreach and outpatient services and have a psychiatrist, psychologist, general nurses specialising in psychiatry, general nurses, social workers and a peer consultant. Services are provided free of charge.
We seek out, contact and support children and young people in the city's localities who face difficulties that are not common to their peers, but who are unwilling or unable to attend mainstream institutions.

The service is intended for people with chronic mental illness who find themselves in a difficult life situation that they cannot cope with on their own. The service is provided to clients aged 18 and over. The outreach form is provided within a radius of 10 km from the city.
