We run aerobics, cyclocross, cycling, hockey, cross country and karate clubs. We provide classes for body shaping by weight training using your own body weight or other fitness equipment. We organize camps, clubs and training sessions for the public. As well as a multitude of competitions and other activities.

We organize children's clubs and racing team for children and adult athletes. International races but also suburban camps - we do cycling comprehensively and at all levels of performance and age.
