Biofarma Salaš Hájek branches

Our farm offers processed own beef production. Limousin beef cattle are raised on our organic farm from birth in an organic regime in harmony with nature. We sell beef hind, fore, cubes for stew, roast, leg and meat ribs, leg of lamb, neck, knuckles or chops.

We operate a restaurant on a farm. We only open the restaurant for pre-arranged events. The total capacity of the restaurant is 130 seats. There is a terrace for 40 guests and a playground in the garden. We can host family celebrations, corporate events, wedding receptions or entire weddings.

We offer accommodation in four rooms in a guest house on a farm. There are two five-bedded, one three-bedded and one double room with bathroom, TV and Wi-Fi connection. We allow parking on the premises. The Lipnice castle and the Veselý Hill open-air museum are close to the property.

We provide services in agriculture. We offer production and sale of stored hay and haylage, baling into round bales, overseeding of meadows and pastures with a Vredo drill or autumn sales of whole lamb production.

We operate an eshop with beef. Our beef is exclusively from our own farm. We raise our LIMOUSINE beef cattle on our organic farm from birth in an organic regime and slaughter them in a bio-slaughter facility. We butcher and vacuum pack the matured, rested meat in our own butchery on the farm.
