Organization of religious services and spiritual meetings in the Orthodox Church of St. Vladimir. The church was built thanks to a fundraiser initiated by local doctors and Orthodox priest Nikolai N. Pisarevsky. It was built between 1900 and 1902 on the site of the former Orthodox house of prayer.
