Rozhodně nebrat tuto společnost. Při ukončení službu účtují deaktivační poplatek, který je nezákonný. Naštěstí je možnost podat stížnost na ČTÚ. Neoprávněná faktura nakonec byla stornována. Nejsem jediný, který se s podobným jednáním a přístupem setkal. Za mne firmu nedoporučuji…

Internet na odběrném místě byl řádně zaplacený, což bylo dodatečně i uznáno, přesto ho najednou večer vypnuli, nic neověřovali a požadovali opakovanou platbu pro opětovné připojení. Teprvé poté ho odblokovali a slíbili, že přeplacené peníze vrátí. To chci vidět.

Mohu říci že jednání na infolince je ok ale oblastní řešení techniků je mazec i přes urgence s call centra nikdo neřeší .
