Hrozný přístup k zákazníkům. Paní uražená, že jdeme nakupovat víno a chceme koupit co má vystavené .Asi placená za vystavené vino a ubránění každé lahve, aby byli plné regály. Naštvaná, že by jsme si u ní mohli chtít koupit více lahví, kdo to bude doplňovat a ať si ho objednáme a nevykupujeme…
