Nepříjemná zkušenost s vrácením zboží v prodejně Wiky. Po vrácení zboží mi nebyly vráceny peníze, ale byl mi vydán pouze poukaz na další nákup. Na tuto skutečnost jsem předem nebyl jasně upozorněn. Největší problém je, že o další nákup v tomto obchodě po této zkušenosti vůbec nestojím…

V případě koupě v kamenné prodejně 14 denní lhůta pro odstoupení neplatí, výjimkou by byl případ, kdy by prodejce stanovil možnost odstoupit od kupní smlouvy ve svých obchodních podmínkách jako nadstandardní službu. V tom případě je pak na prodejci, jaké stanoví pro tento nadstandard…
