Objednala jsem 2.1.2023. Zboží jsem zaplatila 11.1. a to až na moji urgenci, že nezaslali ani podklady k platbě. Pak zboží dlouho nepřicházelo, tak jsem urgovala a dostala jsem odpověď, že zboží očekávají 26.1. Zboží dodneška nedorazilo a včera mě přišel znovu mail s pokyny k platbě…

Dodací lhůta měsíc. Po telefonickém ujišťování "zítra určitě posíláme" se tak několikrát nestalo. Zboží nakonec přišlo, avšak bohuzel pozdě, jediný dárek na oslavu jsem neměla. V dnešní době nepochopitelné.
