Jako čekat 10 minut, kdy se paní prodavačka vybavuje, navíc jsem tam šla jestli mě může obsloužit, jen se na mě koukla a otočila zpátky, až po zvýšení hlasů reagovala. Nechtěla mi ukázat zboží, když jsem vytáhla telefon a volala příteli, aby mi pomohl vybrat tak to drze sebrala a schovala…

Absolutně neprofesionální jednání! Objednána jiná velikost prstýnku, dohodnuta cena a zaplacena záloha. Bylo mi jasné sdeleno, pred svedky, kolik bude prstýnek stát a to bylo napsáno i na paragonu k zaplacené zaloze. Po 3 mesicich při vyzvednutí chtěla majitelka 3x tolik penez, protože…
