Dobrý den, zprostředkování jízdenek lze hodnotit kladně. Pracovnice mají velkou trpělivost s méně chápavými cestujícími. Akorát mi vadí, že je to pouze jediné místo v Teplicích, kde se dají dobít průkazky na dopravu. V so a ne je zavřeno, což někdy komplikuje život lajdákům. :-). Neplánujete…

ARRIVA - hrůza Ten zmatek kolem nových průkazek, vystála jsem tři tříhodinové fronty a průkazku stále nemám, i když mi byl firmou zaslán e - mail, že je již konečně k vyzvednutí. Bohužel chodím do zaměstnání a nemohu trávit čas na Benešově náměstí v době, kdy mají otevřeno ve výdejně…
