Nakoupili jsme vanovou zástěnu, dorazil však odlišný typ, za což ovšem obchodník nemohl (souběh špatných okolností), vyzvednuto zpět, objednána a poslána nová zástěna, veškeré náklady navíc šly za obchodníkem. Ukázkové jednání a komunikace, ve výsledku jsme velmi spokojení zákazníci.
