Hrůza! 9.4. jsem objednala triko, do 15.4. mně uklidňovali, že nezapomněli, na účtu hláška odesláno k zabalení a 16.4. se tam dozvím: objednávka zrušena, zboží není skladem. Jsem registrovaná a sami ani nenapsali omluvu. Odporné jednání.

Zákaznický servis paní vedoucí je katastrofa. Arogantní k zákazníkům, slovo děkuji je pro ni tabu. Prý za co by mi měla poděkovat. Tak třeba za to, že jsme tam utratili peníze ? Škoda.
