Nejsem spokojena s reklamacnim oddelenim, dama se chova velmi nekorektne a je arogantni. Zaslane zbozi neodpovida tomu co je psano na webu, chyba se stane, ale ta arogance a nadrazenost je neomluvitelna. Je tezka doba, cekala jsem delsi dobu s cimz nemam problem.
