Velmi špatná kvalita výrobku, objednala jsem sterilizátor do svého kosmetického salonu. Přišel nekvalitní, poničený výrobek. Katastrofální komunikace, ještě i dopravu na vrácení musíte platit sami. Teď doufám,že peníze vrátí. Nedoporučuji,bohužel.

Dobrý den, pokud na výrobku vznikla v přepravě vada, stačilo nám naspat a zboží reklamovat, popřípadě zaslat foto poškození, což jste neučinila. Na eshopu jste pouze oznámila odstoupení od smlouvy bez udání důvodu. (ve formuláři) O vniklé vadě jste se nezmínila. Po vrácení zboží, vám…
