Vstřícné jednání a splnění nemožného. Při poruše mojí pračky došlo k stoupnutí teploty z nastavených 30 °C na 90 °C. totálně zničená značková bunda. Všude jsem byl s prosbou o napravení škody odmítnut, až jsem uspěl u paní Stejskalové, která mi řekla, že se pokusí o nápravu škody. A povedlo se. Bunda je jako nová. SUPER
