nekomunikace, neochota, nefunkční pozáruční servis. Výrobek 2 mesíce po záruce a oni hio oneopravují protože už ho nemají v nabídce a nemají náhradní díly. Telefon nezvedá nikdo a na mejl žádná reakce. Doporučuji sehrnat jiný autorizocaný servis pro roborock, ovšem nevím jestli nějaký existuje kromě tdy těch lemplů.

Banda netáhel. Robotický vysavač reklamovaný u Alza.cz se z tohoto servisu vrátil se zamítavým postojem (údajný pád ze schodů) aniž by mě kdokoliv ze servisu kontaktoval. Ze schodů nespadl, ale budiž. Vysavač jsem tedy poslal znovu na reklamaci přímo do servisu se žádostí o opravu…
