Jsem rád, že jste mi za reklamované zboží vrátili peníze a chtěl jsem vám telefonicky poděkovat, ale jako obvykle telefony neberete. Určitě už u vás nikdy nakupovat nebudu.

Docela zklamán. Objednal jsem si dva ks zboží a v zásilce bylo jen jeden ks. Zaplatil jsem za dva ks. V zásilce nebyl ani žádný doklad, natož faktura. Jsem zvědav jest-li to napraví. Způsob zabalení zásilky - katastrofa. Malé pěti leté dítě by to zvládlo lépe. Musím opravit své hodnocení…

Dobrý den, jsme jen lidi a prostě se někdy stane, že se do balíku něco nedá nebo naopak se toho dá víc. Za to se Vám omlouváme. Co se balení týče, výhradě nerozumíme. Balíme výhradně do originálních obalových materiálů, krabice, bublinkové obálky, igelitové obálky.
