Nedoporučuji ! Měsíc před odletem jsme chtěli zrušil letenky, po vyplnění formuláře "žádost o vrácení fin.prostředků" žádná rekce, i přes několik urgencí. Přišli jsme tak dost velké peníze. "Děkujeme" kiwi.com !!!!

Canceled flight, still waiting for money (over a month now), no stress on their side - I just have to wait. Lucky for me, it was just a cheap ticket, but I can't imagine booking again with them. I don't see any added value and just potential problems.

Rozhodně nedoporučuji, přes Kiwi sme si objednali letenky do Lamezia s přestupem v Miláně. V den odletu cca 2 hodiny před odjezdem mi napsali, že let do Milana je opožděný a z toho důvodu nestihneme přestup. Nabídli nám jiný let, s tím že po nás chtěli doplatit 10 tis, což sme odmítli…
