Všechny skipasy jsou nepřenosné a opatřeny fotografií při prvním průchodu turniketem. Při nákupu skipasů se platí vratná záloha 100 Kč/kartu. Skipasy se vrací na pokladnách nebo v prodejně Helia Sport či restauraci Lyžárna. Při reklamaci je nutné předložit pokladní doklad. Ceny jsou uvedeny v Kč včetně DPH. Dětský, seniorský a rodinný tarif platí po předložení dokladu totožnosti. Večerní lyžování se nevztahuje k celodennímu, odpolednímu, vícedennímu a sezónnímu skipasu.

Po celodenní túře jsem se těšila na dobré jídlo. Dokonce jsem u vstupu zaslechla, že tady vaří dobře. Objednala jsem si chedar burger s bramborovymi hranolky bezmála za 300 kč. Dostala jsem nejlevnější tenké hranolky, které brambory neviděly ani z rychlíku, bulku z polotovaru s plátkem…

Pekne misto, ale to je vic pozitiva zde hledat nejde! Obsluha - neprofesionalni, chaos.. jidlo jak ze zavodni kuchyne. Po usednuti jsme cekali asi 20 minut, kdy mi dosla trpelivost a musel jsem jit pro obsluhu. Obsluha jen uklidila po predchozi skupine, ale neobtezovala se utrit stul…
