We organize courses focused on learning the martial sport of Aikido. We offer individual or group self-defense lessons for children and adults. We practice boxing, fitboxing, fencing, Tao Taichi, TRX or mixed self-defense. There is a club gym. For children we provide Aikido and Karate courses.
