Mrzí mě to, ale horší proklientský přístup jsem snad nezažila. Opakovaně zažívám neochotu ze strany personálu, floristky se tváří otráveně a nepříjemně, zákazník má pocit, že je obtěžuje a že chce nemožné, navíc vše se zdá být problém...
