Naprostá katastrofa. Kliky nekompletní, reklamace řeší tak, že přestanou komunikovat! Hanba !!!

O reklamaci se nejedná Vy jste koupil kliky na WC , kde se levá a pravá klika při nákupu neřeší a případná vrtulka se otáčí až na místě při montáži. Produkt nemá jedinou vadu. Nechápeme Vaši reakci. Navíc jste u nás osobně na prodejně byl. Proč píšete, že nekomunikujeme?

Naprosto nedoporučuji - eshop si nepřebírá zásilky, když chcete vrátit zboží. Nyní posílám již potřetí, pokud si opět nepřezvou, předávám na ČOI. Jinak jde o polské levné šmejdy - proto vracím :-)

Váš postoj naprosto nechápeme. Zboží i všechno okolo toho jsme s Vámi domluvili a vyřešili. A to , že jde o levné polské šmejdy je navíc pomluva. Proč takto reagujete, pracujete pro konkurenci ?
