As a full-time Business Consultant located in Belgium you will be responsible for handling end-to-endiGuana iDM softwareimplementation, enhancement, and customization projects to provide tailored solutions that meet client-specific requirements. You will be working under the guidance of the iGuana Project Manager and in close collaboration with the Software Developers and, depending on the project, the team leads within our Operations department. To succeed in this role, you must be able to analyze customer business needs and easily translate them into technical concepts. As a key contact for your customers, you will need to establish and maintain effective and transparent communication with the client and the Project Manager, the Software Developers and the team leads (Operations). As a full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for successful execution of the iGuana iDM software implementation, solution enhancement, migration, upgrade and other associated projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, on specification and in line with iGuanas quality, information security and compliance standards. You will coordinate Project Team members throughout the entire project lifecycle and work in close collaboration with iGuanas SSDE (Senior Solution Design Expert) & CTO, and key project stakeholders. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to handle multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Acting as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for each project, you will require strong stakeholder management skills and will have to establish and maintain effective and transparent communication channels during all project phases. As Scanning Operator, you will be responsible for preparing paper files for high-speed scanning at our ScanFactory facility in Belgium. This includes separating file contents from paper folders, removing paper clips, staples, etc. and arranging documents in a specific order required for scanning. You will be working under the guidance of the ScanFactory Quality Supervisor. This is one of the most important jobs at ScanFactory, as the speed at which you work and the quality of the work you produce will determine how well other people on your team can perform their individual tasks. You will be responsible for meeting specific daily targets measured in how many boxes of documents you can prepare per day. This is a challenging, fast-paced and fun job where you can gain invaluable experience in time management, acquire excellent organizational skills, learn how to stay focused, meet strict deadlines and work as part of a highly motivated team. Required Qualifications You do not need work experience, have a diploma or speak fluent French or Dutch to work as a Scanning Operator in document preparation.
