Za uplynulý rok jsem měl přeplatek 1.100 Kč. Reakcí MND bylo, že mi zvedly zálohy o 1.500 Kč, což se mi zdá velmi neúměrné. Vrcholem všeho bylo, že mne na toto nikdo ani neupozornil.Absolutním vrcholem je, že mi paní Ivana Čermáková z MND 22. 9. poslala upomínku, že nemám zaplacenu…

Neuvěřitelně zvýšili ceny plynu a elektřiny pro svoje staré zákazníky pro rok 2022. Vůbec tuto firmu nedoporučuji nikomu. Spokojenost absolutně žádná. V pátek dovezou suché dřevo, mohou si jejich plyn tzv. naložit. Ještě, že mám tuto možnost. Ceny zvýšili určitě o 100%.

Velká spokojenost s vyřízením přestupu od původního dodavatele o který se postarali sami. Bezproblémová fakturace plynu i elektřiny konečné stavy jsem v době COVIDU nahlásila formou e-mailu. O zaslání faktury jsem informována prostřednictvím SMS. Naprostá spokojenost.
