Po instalaci 4 klima jednotek v 05/2025 v zimě netopily, prý nebyl update SW? Po několika urgencích nakonec přijeli, začátkem prosince 2025…. SW ale nešlo dálkově aktualizovat, od té doby firma nekomunikuje! Takže ani nevím, zda ten update byl dokončen nebo ne! De facto, po zaplacení…

Za mě velké zklamání.. Volám paní Bobkové údajně "obchodní asistentka" potřeboval jsem poradit s klimatizací. Paní velice neochotná do telefonu jen řvala, že mám zavolat na jiné číslo nebo poslat mail, že na takové věci nemá čas. Na netu si to můžu najít sám já chtěl pouze poradit…
