Po předchozí dohodě a příslibu realizace zakázky mně pan Urbánek před zahájením prací přestal zvedat telefon. Formou sms mně sdělil, že má hodně zakázek a odkázal mě na jinou firmu. Toto nepovažuji za seriózní jednání. Kvalitu práce nemohu posoudit.
