
We operate a growing distillery. Offers processing of imported kvass as well as receiving fruit for processing in pooled kvasses.
We are engaged in the production of fruit spirits. Intake of fruit and yeasts. We accept cherries, blums, pins, apples, pears, plums. Fruit can be picked or fallen. It must be ripe but not rotten. Peckovers must be de-stemmed.
