Objednávka proběhla v pořádku, jen delší čekání na dovoz. Dřevo bylo úplně promočené, zřejmě zůstalo na dešti. Bylo opravdu promáchané, né jen čerstvé. Že nebude vysušené s tím jsem počítal a protože jsem měl dřevo uskladněno na příští rok tak mi to ani moc nevadilo. Jinak dobrá firma…

Objednal jsem si 3 kubíky suchého smrku. Dodané dřevo špatně hořelo. Měření vlhkoměrem potvrdilo, že není dostatečně vysušené. Požadoval jsem vrácení rozdílu ceny mezi suchým dřevem a čerstvým dřevem, majitel firmy však po mě chtěl, abych si dřevo sám naložil a dovezl mu ho zpět,…
