Hovězí nudličky tvrdé, bůček těžko stravitelný. Málo pikantní, bez ochucovadel na stole. Příbory a hůlky (nezabalené) pohozené na ubrousku na stole, takže hygiena... Ale zase bohatá obloha a hezký vzhled jídel. Příjemná obsluha.
