Operation of the HIV Centre. The centre provides diagnosis, dispensary and therapy for patients at all stages of HIV infection, including advanced AIDS. Treatment includes HIV self-administered antiviral therapy (HAART) and treatment of opportunistic infections. Patients with a severe course of HIV infection may be hospitalised.
