Kdyby šlo dát žádnou tak je to tam. Telefonát na hlášení poruch ukončil pracovník UPC. No hrůza a hnus. Začínám řešit přechod k jinému poskytovateli.

Lituji že jsem si UPC zřídila.Neustálé výpadky,špatný setobox i ovladač, pomalý internet.Nelze se domluvit na výpovědi služeb.Už 2 měsíce platím za nefungující upc televizi.Dostávám rozporuplné informace,obstrukce a výhrůžky dalším placením.Moc špatná firma.

Zdravím všechny, již uplynulo pár měsíců kdy mi UPC “udělilo” pokoru za pozdní zaslání modemu Cca 14 dní, takže reagují již s chladnou hlavou. Nicméně, upomínku zaslali nejspíše schválně na adresu, kde věděli, že se nepohybují. Email také žádný a že by někdo zavolal to také né. Byl…
