Tak takhle sem dopad já dohoda zněla viprany stan a oprava kompletního stanu paní mně po té informovala že mám vše hotovi a poslala fakturu za velké peníze sem obdržel je dvě záplaty jinak na stan nebilo sáhnuto a firma nereaguje pozor

Je to už přes rok, co jsme po prvním dešti zjistili, že naše fungl nová jurta od firmy CZECH TENTS s.r.o. (TENT WOOD - stany pro život) propouští vodu. Na zaslanou reklamaci firma zareagovala okamžitě, vyslala technika na zjištění problému, který ovšem na místě žádné zjevné problémy…
