The birthplace of Bedřich Smetana is located in the ground floor of the former castle brewery in Litomyšl, where the composer was born in 1824. There is a new exposition which will introduce you to the life and work of our most famous composer in a classical and multimedia form.

Moc pěkně udělaná expozice včetně úvodního videomappingu obsahujícím průřez nejznámějšími díly Bedřicha Smetany. Ve dvou pokojích pak možné shlédnout menší expozici a nuď si poslechnout audio nebo pročíst informace k jednotlivým etapám života skladatele. Líbilo se jak dětem, tak nám dospělým.

Velmi pěkná historická budova, která určitě stojí za povšimnutí. Při návštěvě zámeckého areálu Zámku Litomyšl jí nejspíš neminete.
