Z vaší adresy jsem obdržela mnou objednané brýle. Internet je nabízel reklama byl lákavá ale po obdržení jsem zjistila že brýle neodpovídají tomu co je v reklamě. Firma má název Bigarena fulfillment Europe S. R. O. Jak se zachováte k této situaci. Budu dále jednat zašlu brýle zpět…

Dnes jsem obdržela z Vaší firny parfémy v hodnotě 3000kc 5kusú. Žadné jsem si neobjednala. No jestě z toho 3 kusy mají roztrhaný obal. Objednávka a faktura žádná. Kam zboží poslat, aby se mi vratily peníze. Podejte mi zprávu , pokud se nestane, budu jednat . Děkuji Oujezdská
