Po komunikaci s paní manažerkou jsem získal silně negativní dojem. Způsob, jakým manažerka mluvila o požáru hotelu a řešení celé situace, ve mně vyvolal nedůvěru. Z tohoto důvodu jsem se rozhodl hotel nenavštívit. Doporučuji majitelovi penziónu, aby vysvětlil svým zaměstnancům, že…
