Skvělé ubytování vč. jednoduchého parkování zdarma. Přístupové kódy zaslány SMS - není recepce nonstop, ale služba na tlf. fungovala bez problemů. Bezkonkurenční snídaně ala carte 👌. A káva s čajem v lounge room bez omezení byla super, zvlášť po vymrznutí venku. Platba kartou nebo…

S ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojení. Hotel je hned vedle Ostravar Arény, takže ideální volba, pokud jedete na koncert nebo nějakou akci. Pokoj byl čistý a příjemný, všechno v pořádku. Snídaně taky super – dobrý výběr a vše čerstvé. Celkově jsme byli s hotelem i personálem spokojení…
