We operate an association of people interested in aerobics. We organize various aerobic events. We also focus on taebo and yoga.

We run a power triathlon division. As the name suggests, it consists of three strength disciplines and these are: squat with barbell on shoulders, horizontal bench press (aka bench press) and deadlift (aka deadlift).
