Rád bych přidal svoji zkušenost, co se týká termínu od nahlášení do příjezdu servisáka, tak to byl týden. Následně ale problém našel a do 2-3 dnů zakoupil náhradní díl a dodal, vyměnil. Zatím vše funguje, jen cena vysoká, ale topit se musí, tak co.. Za mne od 1-5 jako ve škole, tak 2/3

Tvl, jako co. Než si na call centru domluvíte termín, hrůza - jen přepojování, pak že se někdo ozve. Na termín nikdo nedojede, když voláte zpět, tak opět to stejné "kolegyně se na to podívá a zavolá vám s termínem" a zase nic

Za mě naprostá katastrofa. V den, kdy měla proběhnout oprava kotle, jsem v avizovaném čase zcela zbytečně čekal doma. Nikdo nepřijel a ani se nikdo neozval, po telefonickém dotazu do firmy mě bylo řečeno, že neví kde je chyba a že zavolají zpět. Nikdo nezavolal ani za 45 minut. Zavolal…
