Vůbec neinformujou že zásilka nepřijde ani e-mail ani sms, ani volání prostě nic. Kdybych jsi sama nepatrala kde je objednávka tak ani nevím že nepřijde. Je to velké zklamání. Taky nedoporučuji tuhle společnosti.

v den expedice přepravní služba nepovažuje za nutné kontaktovat adresáta o předběžném čase doručení : žádný email s časem doručení, ani žádný kontakt na řidiče. Kdyby nebyl odeslán od dodavatele email se zprávou o odeslání zboží, tak člověk ani neví , že je zboží na cestě. Tuto firmu nedoporučuji.
