Již přes 14 dní mám nahlášenou poruchu a to 2x a nikdo se stále neozval. S touto společností jsem měla už více potíží a v žádném případě nedoporučuji. Hlavně, když si nezapomněli zaslat vyúčtování.

Dobrý den! Již dvakrát jsem se snažila své mamince - důchodkyni vyměnit SIM kartu do nového mobilu za tzv. nano SIM. Čekání vždy tak na půl hodiny, což pro mne jako pro pracující je dlouhé... Asi musím maminku poslat ráno kolem deváté. Můj manžel má otřesnou zkušenost, kdy si nastavil…
