Penzion se nachází na klidném místě na úplném okraji Velkých Pavlovic, ale přitom nedaleko od několika sklípků a obchodů. Skvělé výchozí místo nejen pro pěší nebo cyklo výlety. Pokoj je moderně a účelně vybavený, včetně kuchyňky a hlavně má klimatizaci, což se ted v létě opravdu hodí.
