Chodím do Pho Time pravidelně jednou za týden až 14 dní, od začátku celá léta ještě, když začínali naproti výtahu. Už tehdy jsem si všiml, že hygiena je součástí provozu bistra. Pravidelně si dávám hovězí polévku Pho, Bun bo nam bo, Bun nem - smažené závitky s rýží či Bun cha a občas…
