Obsluha dne 22.5.2025 po 15. hodině odmítla udělat bezlaktózové latté s tím, že má stroj nastavený na obyčejné mléko, a nebude ho kvůli jedné kávě čistit a přenastavovat. Ani se neobtěžovala předstírat, že bezlaktózové mléko není, zkrátka kvůli své lenosti odmítla uvařit alternativu…
