Krásná moderní chalupa, ideální pro partu 10 - 14 lidí. Akorát u hlavních dveří není zvonek, takže když někdo odejde, musí po návratu ostatním vevnitř zavolat nebo doufat, že uslyší klepání na okno nebo dveře.
