Při osobním vyzvednutí knih naprosto otřesné chování pana majitele, který již při prvním kontaktu zákazníkovi tyká a posléze se nezdráhá klientovi sprostě nadávat a slovně na něj útočit. Nic podobného jsem za posledních 30 let neviděl. Takovéto jednání je zralé na podnět na správní…

jak sami říkaj, nekupujte u nás a mají pravdu, dostanete 3 dny na vyzvednutí, pokud to nestihnete, nemůžete si už nic objednat, bordel je tam neskutečnej a samotné chování je sprosté, arogantní a klackovské, velmi rád udělám tlustou čáru po letech nakupování u téhle bandy
