Zakoupena trampolina Exit ground za cca 30.000,-, v 7/2020, v 8/2022 popraskal ochrany pas kolem trampoliny. Chapu ze je zaruka 2 roky,ale nabidnute reseni je koupit novou soucastku za 10.900,- U takto drahe trampoliny me prekvapuje ze nevydrzi vice jak 2 roky. Pri mem navrhu aby…

Bohužel dodržení obchodních podmínek tzn. pravidel ze strany prodejce je bráno jako negativní faktor. Zákazník reklamoval límec měsíc po záruční lhůtě a očekává minimální slevu 50 % na nový náhradní díl. Dle našeho názoru došlo v tomto případě k pochybení ze strany zákazníka. Určitě…
