Velice špatná komunikace ze strany sester, podávání nepřesných a chybných informací. Po zkušenostech s tímto "hospicem" jsme se rozhodli pro péči v jiném lůžkovém hosoici.

Vaše služba je na nejvyšší úrovni. Mojí chybou jsem to (špatným dotykem) poškodila. Moc se omlouvám. Byla jsem s VašÍ prací moc spokojená. Omluvte mi prosím moji chybu. Děkuji
