Tyčový vysavač Rowenta do půl roku úplně rozpadlý při běžném používání. Zamítnutí reklamace a neodpovídání na maily a žádná snaha situaci řešit. Společnost ani značku Rowentu absolutně nedoporučujeme.

Zakoupil jsem od tsbohemia dva mobilní telefony pro seniory, k Vánocím. jeden z nich byl vadný. Poslal jsem ho na firmu s doklady o zakoupení a vyrozuměním. Za deset dní se mi vrátil nazpět , nevyměněný ,neopravený. po telefonu s asistentkou. Prý poslat do Olomouce reklamace 1-2 měsíce…

V obchodě jsme reklamovali myčku řetězu, která začala praskat po prvním použití dle návodu. Reklamace zamítli, myčku poslali zpět rozštípanou na několik částí a bez čisticího kartáče, která byla snad jediná funkční součást balení. Obchod nekomunikuje a nereaguje na naše podněty.
