Velice pěkný domeček s terasovitou zahradou nad manětínským potokem. Dvě ložnice v podkroví (2 a 1+1+1), vybavená kuchyně, sprcha, WC a obývací pokoj s rozkládacím gaučem. Na zahradě krytá pergola s grilem, lehátka, slunečník a vedle domu je "chlívek" na úschovu jízdních kol. Moc pěkné místo.
