Pomalejší doručení jsme ještě neviděl, to to radši pošlete Českou poštou.... Šílenost, radši ukončete činnost než poskytovat takovou šílenou službu v roce 2026.

Otřesná a nespolehlivá společnost s neschopným a arogantním zákaznickým servisem. Nevyzvednuté zásilky bez oznámení a nesplněné termíny doručení jsou zde běžným standardem. Nechápu, jak mohou spadat pod DHL. Jako její odnož i samostatná společnost měla tato špatná fraška na doručování dávno zaniknout.

Jedna velká katastrofa! Opakovaně! Bez omluvy v domluveny den neprijedou. Tohoto přepravce bych sama nikdy nezvolila. Bohužel byl přidělen eshopem. Mate-li na výběr, pryc od nich.
